Joe's Has been around for 50 Years. We started in Irving with Eddie's mom who instilled the love of serving others in a family type atmosphere to her kids.

Eddie then brought that same family type atmosphere here to Watauga and continued the Joe's Coffee shop tradition!

 

 Our hope when you walk through our doors is that you feel like you are apart of our family just like we feel as though we are apart of yours! 

Most of the staff has been watching your families grow for over 20 years! You have Brenda our famous birthday singer! Carolyn who has taken care of so many for 24 years! Kim who you have seen grow up through her 21 years. Ruben our kitchen manager has been preparing those yummy lunch specials and pies for 23 years! Alma our host/ busser/ cook has been getting your drinks and talking to you about her children for 20 years! Mr. Rodney has been making those perfect eggs just the way you ask for them for 18 years! Manny makes a mean omelet and whips up some creative dishes back on the line.

Debbie has been serving you with a smile for 6 years! our newest members: Tammy, Hailey, Thalia & Ashlyn can't wait to get to know you all! Don't forget to wave hello to our guys/girls in the back as you see them as well!

We know a few of you have been asking lately "where is that bald man that always ran the register??"

Well Mr. Eddie retired last year! He is enjoying spending time with his kids & grandkids.

We all felt that we really wanted to keep things the same as they have been so it seemed like a great idea to take over for Eddie! 

We hope that with this small change you still feel right at home and welcomed as you always have! 

Our goal is to keep the tradition of family and good home cookin' going for as long as you let us!
